1. Installation matters |
1. Install vertically below 0.03MPa to avoid affecting measurement accuracy; |
2. During installation, a wrench should be used to tighten the transmitter from the hexagonal nut at the bottom of the transmitter to avoid directly turning the upper part of the transmitter, which may cause disconnection of the wiring. |

2. Precautions |
When receiving the product, please check if the packaging is intact and verify if the transmitter model and specifications match the product you have purchased; |
2. It is prohibited to measure media that are incompatible with stainless steel; |
3. Ensure that the power supply voltage meets the probe power supply requirements, and that the positive and negative connections of the power supply correspond to the positive and negative wiring of the product, ensuring that the maximum pressure of the pressure source is within the range of the product; |
4. During the pressure measurement process, the pressure should be slowly increased and decreased to avoid sudden increase to the highest pressure or decrease to low pressure; |
5. When disassembling the probe, ensure that the equipment has disconnected the pressure source to prevent accidents caused by medium ejection. |
6. This product is not explosion-proof and can cause serious personal injury and significant material damage when used in explosion-proof areas; |
7. Sensors are precision components, so users should not disassemble them by themselves or touch the membrane to avoid product damage; |
